Welcome to Superview Lodge

Most of our bathrooms have three levers: hot on the left, cold on the right, and a middle lever that chooses between the tap and the shower.

1. 1Turn the middle lever: left for the tap, right for the shower.
2. 2Turn the red hot lever to the left to open it. Cold water runs for about 1 minute before it warms up, and it's fully hot after about 2 minutes.
3. 3Please catch that first cold water in the bucket in your bathroom and leave the bucket there (or outside your door). We use it in our gardens.
4. 4Add cold water with the blue lever on the right if it's too hot.
5. 5When you're done, close the hot and cold levers fully (straight up) and turn the middle lever back to the left. If it still drips, move the middle lever to the centre.

Most evenings we cook one fresh set dinner for everyone. That's how we keep it homemade. You'll find tonight's dinner at the top of the menu. If you'd like to join, please let us know by 5 pm.

On quieter evenings we may also be able to cook from the ‘More dinner options’ list in the menu. Ask us by 5 pm and we'll tell you what's possible.

If breakfast is included in your booking, we'll serve you the Standard Breakfast in our dining room at 8 am. If you'd like any changes to it, please tell us the night before.

If you take food or drinks to your room, please leave the empty dishes outside your door when you're done and we'll collect them.

Sunrise hikes, paragliding off the hill, village walks and treks, all from our door. Tell us at reception and we'll arrange it, often for the next morning.

Drinking water: refill your bottle at the refill station in our dining room, by the kitchen door.

No smoking: all rooms are non-smoking. A fine of up to NPR 5,000 per room may be charged for smoking inside.

We offer a paid laundry service (washing and drying, no ironing) at NPR 800 per load (about 3 kg). Ask at reception.

Clothes are sun-dried, so please allow at least a day of good weather.

Reception, including the reception phone and WhatsApp, closes at 9 pm, so please ask for anything you need before then.

A late checkout fee of 50% of the nightly room rate applies after 12 pm, and 100% after 12:30 pm.
