Responsible tourism should lift the village up, not leave it to bear the cost.
Before we buy from a shop, we buy from the families around us: honey, ghee, buckwheat and corn flour, and as many vegetables and fruits as the village can grow in the season. What they can't supply, we buy at the market.

It makes our work easier and more sustainable. Check-in is a fully digital form. The menu is digital too, so it is easy to share with guests in their rooms.
We print only one copy of this menu, for accessibility. It is printed at home, straight from the website where the digital menu lives, with no separate design step. That saves paper and cost every time the menu changes.
